emergency, we will do our best to respond quickly to your needs. Please call the
office as soon as a problem arises so that we can determine what kind of
appointment is needed, and find the best possible time for you to be seen. If
this occurs when the office is closed, an emergency telephone number will be
given to you when you call our office number.

In the event of an emergency, our 24-hour, 365 days-a-year
direct paging system allows patients to speak directly with Dr. Neuhaus – not
an answering service.
